The villa features five elegant bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a cozy sitting area. Outside, you’ll find spacious terracotta-tiled terraces furnished with tables and chairs—perfect for enjoying the evening breeze and stargazing under a beautifully clear, pollution-free sky. An infinity pool and a large garden with sun loungers complete the outdoor setting. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, ensuring both comfort and privacy. The villa is composed of two buildings connected by a patio. It’s also just a 30-minute drive from stunning beaches like Noto, Avola, and Vendicari, and within easy reach of magnificent towns such as Syracuse, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, and Scicli. Each room is equipped with a minibar and fresh linens, towels, soap, and a hairdryer. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances: dishwasher, professional cooktop, refrigerated counter, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary cookware. A laundry room with a washing machine is also available. There is no air conditioning, but thanks to the villa’s location at 640 meters above sea level—combined with shutters and mosquito screens—guests enjoy natural coolness provided by the temperature difference between day and night. Wi-Fi is available only in the outdoor areas, not inside the building. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. A security deposit is required. An additional tourism tax applies per person per night.
